Español:

Vivimos una contradicción sistémica violenta. Por un lado, el adulto mayor es desechado por las empresas bajo el prejuicio de la inadaptación tecnológica, perdiendo su capacidad de proveer justo cuando los gastos de salud aumentan. Por otro lado, al joven se le exige una experiencia imposible de tener al salir de la escuela, se le paga mal y se le explota aprovechando su necesidad de sostener a una familia que ya no tiene otros ingresos. Es un mercado que no busca profesionales, sino piezas de recambio baratas y desechables.

English:

We live in a violent systemic contradiction. On one hand, the older adult is discarded by companies under the prejudice of technological maladaptation, losing their ability to provide just as health costs increase. On the other hand, the youth is demanded to have an experience impossible to possess upon leaving school; they are underpaid and exploited, taking advantage of their need to support a family that no longer has other income. It is a market that does not seek professionals, but cheap and disposable replacement parts.

III. LA CRISIS DE LA CALIDAD DE VIDA Y LA SOBRE-OFERTA PROFESIONAL

ES: Existe una saturación de profesionales para una demanda laboral que se encoge. Las empresas seleccionan bajo criterios de máxima explotación: quieren la juventud del principiante con el conocimiento del experto, ofreciendo salarios que no cubren la canasta básica. Esta falta de oportunidades de calidad de vida convierte el empleo en una forma de supervivencia precaria, no de progreso.
EN: There is a saturation of professionals for a shrinking labor demand. Companies select based on criteria of maximum exploitation: they want the youth of a beginner with the knowledge of an expert, offering salaries that do not cover basic needs. This lack of quality-of-life opportunities turns employment into a form of precarious survival, not progress.

IV. ESTRATEGIA DE RESISTENCIA: LA FAMILIA COMO UNIDAD OPERATIVA

IV. RESISTANCE STRATEGY: THE FAMILY AS AN OPERATIONAL UNIT

Ante un estado y un mercado que fallan, la familia debe reorganizarse como una Micro-Empresa de Supervivencia:

Hibridación de Roles (El Conocimiento y la Energía):
- ES: Si el joven tiene la fuerza pero no la experiencia, y el adulto tiene el método pero no el acceso al empleo, la familia debe unir estas piezas. El adulto debe actuar como el "estratega y tutor" detrás de los proyectos del joven, ayudándole a navegar la política y el caos laboral que él aún no entiende.
- EN: If the youth has the strength but not the experience, and the adult has the method but not the access to employment, the family must unite these pieces. The adult must act as the "strategist and tutor" behind the youth's projects, helping them navigate the politics and labor chaos they do not yet understand.
Gestión de la Autonomía / Management of Autonomy:
- ES: Ante la falta de empleos de calidad, el emprendimiento familiar basado en servicios concretos (oficios, consultorías, micro-comercio) se vuelve una necesidad, no una opción. No podemos esperar que las empresas cambien su conciencia; debemos crear nuestras propias fuentes de ingreso, por pequeñas que sean, donde el adulto sea útil y el joven sea el ejecutor.
- EN: Given the lack of quality jobs, family entrepreneurship based on specific services (trades, consultancies, micro-commerce) becomes a necessity, not an option. We cannot wait for companies to change their consciousness; we must create our own sources of income, however small, where the adult is useful and the youth is the executor.
Priorización de la Salud del Sistema / System Health Prioritization:
- ES: El joven debe entender que su salario no es solo suyo, y el adulto debe entender que su rol ha cambiado. La transparencia total en las finanzas familiares es la única forma de evitar que la pieza central de naipe se rinda.
- EN: The youth must understand that their salary is not just theirs, and the adult must understand that their role has changed. Total transparency in family finances is the only way to prevent the central piece of the house of cards from giving up.

El panorama es oscuro porque las reglas del juego están diseñadas para descartarnos. Pero la familia sigue siendo la célula de resistencia más fuerte. Si el mercado laboral nos niega la dignidad, debemos construirla dentro del hogar, gestionando los pocos recursos con inteligencia técnica y apoyo emocional férreo. No se trata de esperar un mundo mejor, sino de sobrevivir juntos en este.

The outlook is dark because the rules of the game are designed to discard us. But the family remains the strongest cell of resistance. If the labor market denies us dignity, we must build it within the home, managing the few resources with technical intelligence and iron-clad emotional support. It is not about waiting for a better world, but about surviving together in this one.
